Step into a world of endless possibilities, where your imagination takes center stage and creativity knows no bounds. At our vibrant BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) studio, we invite you to gather your pals for an unforgettable DIY workshop experience like no other.

Host an event either in our studio in Acton, at your home or at a venue of your choosing. A DIY Crafting Private Event is a perfect way to celebrate a fun night out with friends, celebrate a birthday, bride-to-be bachelorette party or a fundraising event. How to Host an Event:

Choose your craft project options. Select up to three projects from the listed projects below that your guests may be interested and we will set up your list of design and/or personalization options for them to choose from. Each project will have multiple creative designs to choose from.

Place a deposit of $100 to hold your spot. The deposit is in place to hold your spot for the event. Once 8 or more guests have registered, you will be refunded the deposit . If your event has less than 8 guests, the deposit will be used as fee for the space.

Request your desired date. When you are placing your deposit, there will be a field that will have a calendar dropdown. Place the date you’d like to book your event for and we’ll contact you to confirm the space is available. *Please note, the date is not guaranteed, but we will work with you to accommodate.

Invite your guests. Your party or event will get a unique Private Event page that you will be able to share with your guests so that they can each register and pay for their projects. All guests must be participating in the craft and be pre-registered.

If you are setting up a corporate event or an event with a single organizer, we will confirm after the deposit is made and can manage the specifics then.

Show up! We provide the material, tools & instructions for all pre-registered guests. You can host as much or as little as you’d like. Our instructor will organize the timing with you and if decorations are needed, the space can be available for 30 minutes before your party.

Bring your own Beverage (and snacks)! All guests are encouraged to BYOB, snacks or meals. We do not serve drinks or food, but there is great food in the area along with convenience stores and liquor stores within walking distance.

Hammer & Stain Nashoba Valley is located in West Acton at 586 Massachusetts Avenue. There are two parking spots located behind the building on Central Street and Pearl Street.

Select the project(s) that you want to offer your guests at your private event! Each project will have 10+ design options for you and your guest to choose from. If there is a custom unique theme you are going for, up to 5 custom designs can be added. Any personalized projects will need at least one weeks notice.
